This 1974 mgb is a well restored version of the affordable/fun/workable/iconic british roadster. That makes it the perfect upgraded and reliable companion for people who enjoy driving. It's hard not to be attracted to this roadster right from the first impression. It has lived a good life averaging less than 1,400 miles annually, but there's much more attraction than just that. It has been fully restored in stages, with the final pieces being completed earlier this year. So this sunshine-friendly roadster has a great sunny day personality that radiates through the modern clearcoat. Plus, the metal bumpers have a mirror finish, and that's especially important on this car. By the end of 1974 the mgb traded in its chrome grille and chrome bumpers for black plastic units - forever giving chrome bumper cars the upper hand in style and prestige. In fact, we have receipts for $5,400 invested in the interior alone. The custom black and tan setup is a far more thoughtful presentation than from the factory, and it's made of supple leather. Just one look at the pictures, and it's obvious that the restoration included the engine bay. The light weight combines with telepathic steering, front disc brakes, and modern michelin tires to create a sprightly experience that makes these british roadsters legendary. The sale comes complete with restoration photos, build receipts, and maintenance records. It's amazing that a roadster with so much invested in it can still be this affordable. Tachometer✔ AM/FM
