Fortunately, the gearheads at rk motors charlotte pride themselves on specializing in first rate classics of all kinds, and they always have cars, like this awesome '67 buick, that are a perfect fit for anyone. With a 430 cubic inch wildcat v8, a stylish black interior and striking plum paint, it's certainly some of the coolest metal to ever roll out of detroit. Thanks to years of meticulous preservation, it can be paraded without worry. And as a virtually untouched survivor that's priced at only $50k, it's the bargain of the century! Bodywork/trim inspired by bill mitchell's love of hand-built london coaches, the second generation riviera features a classy body shell that conveys a sense of style and sophistication perfectly befitting its exotic name. Consistently providing its various owners with rock-solid reliability and a sense of custom-tailored comfort, the car has never been separated from its chassis. Original chrome and stainless, which exhibit minimal signs of wear, show almost as well as the day they left the dealership. And presently, this buick's desirability as something that's as rare as it is unique is both genuine and fitting. Engine while the exterior of this slick e-body does an excellent job posing for world-class visuals, the engine compartment is where buick purists really start to take notice. And for good reason too, because the car's original, 360 horsepower wildcat v8 is the kind of powerhouse that makes people either put up or shut up. Turn the key and a big rochester carburetor mixes wind from a dressed and decaled air cleaner with fuel from a carefully bent fluid line, and shoves it in to a correct, cast iron intake. Fire for that air/fuel mixture is provided by a traditional points distributor, which shoots spark around red, "430-4" branded valve covers via familiar packard tv r suppression cables. Spent gases from that air/fuel mixture are jetted through original, cast iron exhaust manifolds. At the front of the engine, pliable belts and hoses snake around factory power steering, a delco-remy alternator and a correct frigidaire ac compressor. Details like a delco-remy coil, a blue ac breather and an even coat of bright red paint appear to keep this coveted gm, all gm. Drivetrain/suspension at the bottom of this survivor a clean undercarriage tells a long story of excellent maintenance and carefully chosen road time. Naturally, that hot 430 needed a tough drivetrain to effectively establish street cred, so buick opted for gm's rugged turbo-hydramatic 400 3-speed. That proven super turbine, branded with a correct "bt-67" assembly tag, spins a correct, limited-slip differential around beefy, 3. 07 gears. The aforementioned power steering combines with an original suspension and buick's familiar power-assisted drums to provide good stops and competent handling. Spent gases flow through factory pipes, which employ correct, gm-stamped mufflers. At the corners of that chassis, polished buick sport wheels spin around stylish riviera center caps. The car's straight and solid floorpans still feature 99% of their satin black undercoating. And, based on a quick visual inspection, all of this buick's hardware and bushings appear to be in good, road-ready condition. At the center of the car, vinyl bucket and bench seats ride on clean black carpet that's protected by buick-branded mats. In front of those seats, a warp-free dash hangs a rolling speedometer next to a premium sonomatic radio. At the base of that dash, a full console frames an aircraft-style shifter. Opposite that console, stylish door panels position chrome handles, small riviera emblems and crack-free armrests beneath bright satin trim. In front of the driver, a large-diameter steering wheel laps an elegant riviera logo. And behind the passengers, a matted trunk features plenty of storage space. Its killer wildcat v8 will cruise effortlessly at will, and its slick body and first class interior are ready to garner serious stares. With the gs and grand national casting such long shadows, it seems pretty hard to find nice buick muscle cars. Air Conditioning

86 Buick Grand National in excellent condition with ONLY (( 47,800 miles)) This Grand National is in great shape and has never been modified. It is still in its original factory condition other than recently being repainted. This car was just stripped down to bare metal. After being stripped of its old paint, showing it has NEVER been in an accident, NO body repairs and NO rust. This cars body is in amazing shape. There are NO rips and NO tears in the interior and kept very clean inside. It does need a new head liner. The T-tops do not leak and do not show and weathering to have ever leaked. This Grand National runs and drives great. After sitting for a couple years it could use a minor tune up. The trunk is in like NEW condition and kept very clean. I have a 1964 buick riviera here some things ive had done it has a rebuilt 401 drives great and shifts smooth. New carpet new headliner dashboard shelf new upholstery on the seats dynamat insulation on the floor new radiator new wiring new brake lines new fuel lines rebuilt master cylinder new carburetor shaved firewall new paint new rims and tires . Outside trim bumpers and grill powder coated black inside trim also powdercoated black the car looks great sounds great has new exhaust has already been wired for a sound system i will include a sound system with the full price offer it also comes with a front back side to side full airride bolt on kit which shock relocators for the front these are a few things that still need to be finished as far as drivetrain thats already all done except for the brakes the brakes need to be bled they dont stop well right now but they have been gone through the car sits low believe cut or heat it the springs so the air ride kit that i have still needs to be installed interior still need a couple of things put on and maybe ill get that done before the car sales. Front windows roll up and down but i did not install the wiring for that yet so that needs to be done in the back windows.

Seller's comments and description: this car is the definition of a time capsule and is in incredible original condition. The original owner worked in the buick factory in flint, mi throughout the 1960s and was a collector of buicks after his retirement. He always stored the car indoors and maintained the car meticulously, keeping service records back to 1975, which still remain in the car. The interior of this car is in excellent condition. The original headliner and sun visors do not have one damaged seam and have no sagging material anywhere. The original carpets have absolutely no ripping or disintegration of the threads and show very well. The dash pad appears as new with no cracking or fading anywhere and the metal part of the dash beneath the windshield has no fading or rust with excellent original paint. The gauge surround and all of the wood grain dash trim is in excellent condition with no cracking or peeling anywhere. The seats are in excellent condition and the rear package tray appears as new. The door panels are in excellent shape aside from a small crack in the driver's side arm rest base. The car is equipped with factory a/c, tilt wheel, power windows, power antenna, power trunk release, power seat, electric clock, dual note horn, and rear defroster. All of these items function except the a/c, which needs a charge and a clutch replacement, and the clock. The original am radio still works and sounds excellent. The exterior of the car is incredibly straight and does not have one slight door ding. The body gaps are virtually perfect with no misalignment. The hood, doors, and trunk open and close like a new car. The car is 100% rust free, never having any rust repaired previously. The car was painted in 1998 in the original color and shows very well. All of the stainless trim, bezels, emblems, and bumpers were removed when it was painted. There are a few small road chips on the hood. Shortly after the car was painted the car was brought to an auto detailer before a car show and the paint was burned by a buffer on the top of the driver's rear quarter panel near the trunk. The paint was touched up at that time and was left alone. The original vinyl top is in great condition with no lifting or rust underneath it. All of the stainless and chrome trim on the car is virtually perfect with nearly no pitting on either of the bumpers, grille, tail light bezels, or body side moldings. The hidden headlights work perfectly and do not have any vacuum leaks. The undercarriage is very dry and 100% rust free. The floor pans, rockers, rear quarters, front fenders, trunk pan, and spare tire area are all solid as a rock. The original 430 engine remains in the car and runs well. The original rochester carburetor remains on the motor as well as the original spring ring battery terminals. The motor is extremely clean and does not have any excessive oil or grease buildup anywhere. The firewall is very clean and some factory chalk markings still remain on it. All of the factory original decals remain under the hood, in the door jambs, and in the trunk. The original spare wheel is in the trunk with a brand new tire. The original jack and lug wrench remain in the trunk and appear to be unused in brand new condition. The original owner's manual still remains in the glovebox inside of the original plastic bag and the car still holds the title issued in 1988 when the brother of the original owner inherited the car. This car is truly one of the cleanest, most original rivieras in existence with an incredible story and will not disappoint. Details job type full-time contact seller. Power Windows✔ Air Conditioning
